placing an order
You can place an order quickly and easily through our secure online shopping cart. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Custom orders are welcome. Contact us for more information.
payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We will charge your card for the full amount once the order is shipped.
shipping methods
Web orders are made-to-order (with love). Domestic retail orders are typically shipped within 14-18 business days. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Upon checkout you will have the option to select shipping method.
international
We are unable to process international credit cards. For help with an international shipment, please contact us.
sales tax
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to New York addresses. There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of the state of New York.
return policy
Web items are made-to-order and we will accept items for store credit only within 21 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Custom fit pieces and sale items are non-returnable. Once your return is processed, you will receive an alexaleigh.com credit via email. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
repair policy
We check each of our pieces to make sure they are perfect. However, we will repair any design purchased through alexaleigh.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please contact us to request a repair tracking number (RTN).

We appreciate your business and are committed to protect your personal information as we would our own. jewelry care
Although our jewelry is meant for every occasion and we want you to wear it everyday, we do not recommed sleeping, showering or exercising while wearing your jewels. Also, please do not spray perfumes,hairsprays, or lotions directly near your jewelry as many beauty products cause tarnishing of metals. Our delicate cable chain should be treated with the utmost care. Please store carefully and do not pull on chains.
materials used
We craft our pieces by hand using a variety of rare and precious metals and stones to create a one-of-a-kind piece every time. Any gold you see used in our product is 14k gold. 18k gold is available by special order only. Our black-rhodium charms are made from sterling silver coated in black rhodium. Rhodium is a member of the platinum family. We use G-H, SI diamonds. Our pieces are made with love, and thus our diamonds are certified from areas free of conflict.
